WildBillKelsoe Posted April 23, 2018 Posted April 23, 2018 Well after finally getting my first arduino I just programmed a rotary encoder and tested it in the serial monitor and it worked. I want to use it as a controller in windows and in dcs to detect each impulse for a trim knob in say P-51 or spitfire. What is the best way to do it? consider me a complete nugget in this field. WildBillKelsoe Posted April 29, 2018 Author Posted April 29, 2018 the home cockpits forum does not ask if I should use dcs bios or convert the arduino to a usb hid device.. I just want to know if I have two encoders hooked, what is the fastest way to put this into dcs? AWAITING ED NEW DAMAGE MODEL IMPLEMENTATION FOR WW2 BIRDS Fat T is above, thin T is below.
