Hi There,

Please help me with some advice. I purchased the A10C from steam and flew that for two years without any problems. My hard drive crashed some time back, and I replaced it with a new one. I did not install the A10C module from steam as yet and decided to pre purchase the F18. Yesterday when I tried to install DCS world 2.5 from my home PC ( this is my work pc ), I could not access any site of DCS, Eagle dynamics etc ? Could it be that the steam engine is blocking my access to the DCS related sites, or am I just stupid ??

Could be Telkom and their infinite stupidity causing your problem, maybe manually add a DNS server and see if that works.

Thanks for the reply Rowan,

I am slightly disabled technically and would need a bit more info, if you don't mind. I suspect that STEAM is blocking it, and did try disabling both STEAM and Kaspersky. Unfortunately that did not help and I tried downloading it at work and then taking it home (DCS_World_Web.exe. This plan also failed. If I download the 2.5 World from Steam, will I have problems with the Hornet purchased from Eagle Dynamics, when launched ?

Sorry for all the questions, but need to get ready for the F18...
