I have checked the options and cant find it. How do you stop the script when you hover over a switch or knob when I try to change radio frequencies the label makes it hard to see the dial. So can this be turn off but still have aircraft labels on

I was mistaken I had unchecked the tools box in menu it worked once. Next time I went back it was back to same old thing and show the function of switch thus making it hard to dial radios in Huey sorry for misleading post. I may have been in another airframe and since it did not show function I assumed it was fixed

The tooltips might still be turned on in the mission you're trying to fly. If you go to the "Customize" menu in the mission editor and select "Mission Options" that will show you if its turned on and allow you to turn it off. You'll have to put a check in the "Enforce" box on the left if its not already there. With no check in the "Enforce" box, it won't let you make any changes to the check boxes on the right. I struggled with that on training missions. Even if you disabled tooltips in the main setup menu, they were still turned on in the individual mission, so they kept showing up.

I like having the labels but to have trouble tuning radios when the label is over it it would be nice if when you highlight a switch the tooltip would show for a time period then fade out so you can see the settings. Is it possible?
