Hi

 

it depends on how many modules you have installed already, as the base DCS install is updated and the modules you also have installed.

 

from memory mine was about 11gb but I have everything installed

Before the Update , my 500gb ssd had a free space of 365 gb ! I have Installed 3 Theaters plus 3 aircraft ! After finishing the Update I saw that from 365 free space , it dropped down to 252 gb's !!!

Is this Normal ?

On one of my installs I have all modules and maps and it is about 137gb in total

 

I Unistalled everything !!!

I then Reinstall everything , and Now I have 355gb's Free !

So definitely something went wrong with my first Update !

Could you please , tell me how did you Update yours , so I will know in the future ?

hi

 

DCS will check once a day or you can use the update short cut in the Eagle dynamics folder in your windows start menu

 

or you can use a command prompt also
