afterburner limitations?

Are there limitations to the use of the afterburner and/or different zones depending on altitude?

 

Engaged zone 3 at low level and climb to about 10km. Accelerated and climbed further and at one point AB was off, engine still running. I descended to land, engine operational except the AB. At max throttle AB lights 1,2 and 3 were lit, but no extra thrust and no AB in external view.

Yeah... this is an old bug that I (among others) have reported. Haven't got any feedback from the devs but would be nice to have it fixed. :thumbup:

Okay, thanks for the reply. I bought the Viggen during the last sale and I'm not familiar with all the quirks or missing things which are still open in the beta stadium.

 

In all, it's a great module and I hope it will get the attention this year to leave beta status.
