I won't go so far to say that the documentation, or lack there of, is unacceptable, but it's not a far throw away from being so VKB.

 

 

Excellent, beyond excellent products and customer service VKB I've recommened both the pedals and stick(s) to all one and all, BUT, it's a 1/x, complete inverse, when it comes to your manuals, how to's, etc. This issue needs to be addressed and remedied, especially with your expanded operations and what I hope is a TON more sales and customers out there, creating a larger VKB and higher end user community I want to be a part of.

Great job VictorUS - the great thing about VKB is that it's a company where if you ask, you shall receive. Every single issue, even piddly stuff I found on their early website which was confusing and needed attention, VKB has jumped on it and fixed it. Very rapid solutions to every question I've had going back a few years since I got my first set of MK3 pedals.

 

 

Now this complaint/post about the documentation/ect - less than a week, and VictorUS has created a great manual for us English speakers. Spasiba VictorUS, fantastic job on the manual/docs.

BTW - English version of " "Njoy32 Family Controllers Configuration Utility" guide is available since July, 2017 (at least).
