Did I just inadvertently purchase CD's ..... arrrrgh I hope not I was really wanting to DL it ..... if I did get the CD's anyway I cant tell because the receipt they sent me doesn't say either way. That is I bought it here, got the email that it went through, I can see on the site I made the transaction and got my transaction ID as well as the ID given the email showing I purchased it. But no Download page, or email with info to a page nothing except info showing they got my money just fine! I saw a post or 2 here after having this trouble that others have had it too, they posted at some point they resolved their situation but not how it was resolved. I assume at some point they will take the time to either respond to post here or 2 the emails I sent to them. They really need to work on making this process better ... or put up a warning you may not get this for a few days or longer sort of a buyer beware LOL Anyways, not upset at this point just want what I paid for

DeathAngel Posted March 26, 2007 Author Posted March 26, 2007 Kevin dont take this wrong but I am sure glad to see I am not the only one here was feeling a bit alone :) I would be happy in just getting credited for my purchase ... then buy it some where else if we can! I think what they are doing as to the game is great but the purchase process leaves little to be desired. I sent 2 emails because I learned later the first place may not be the best so then I sent a 2nd one to support and I am in hopes we here something though I have seen post where they didn't get much help from support for a long time. That was the first place I tried. All logged in, but that Files>Downloads screen is nothing but a blank white page.

I thought this might have something to do with it because every time I have tried to go to the Download page all I get is a white page. The page shows that it is done loading too, so nothing to wait for that I can see .... Any thoughts?

I mean, is the version different? Will it make our game appear in russian <--- maybe a stupid question but still will it? Mark

OK, so you're doing well, and there is a problem with the WebSite and/or your account (for me, this page just works fine). => My browser asked me when if load this page : "This page contents secured and non-secured contents. Do you want to load both ?" You have to answer YES ! If this question doesn't pop up for you, check your browser settings relative to security and secured contents. If, doing so, you still get a blank page => There is nothing we (forums members) can do for you. Mark Yes I think it will, as if you want a russian patch you have to do same (i.e. use .ru and not .co.uk). Avoid installing the russian version if you don't want this one is my piece of advice. ;) Regards, Azrayen'
KevinAu Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 Finally got it this morning. Didn't do anything different. Just woke up, crawled out of bed, logged in again to see if the file download would work today, and it worked.

It is however now working with no changes on our part. Everything is good now
