Sling load cargo in frigates

You can drop cargos on frigates and pick them back up, but you can't set cargos on ships as they would go through the deck into the water as soon as you unpause the server.

Yes, slightly if ship is moving forward. They will drop if the ship is turning. Just like choppers. Better have your ships move slowly forward or totally stopped.
