Why not make an iPad version of The mission Editor? It shouldbe that hard login with the iPad using your accunt ID and password sync mods. Access info with the iPad so it’s. Aware of the mods you have for use In the editor especially the terrain maps sincethose are more restrictive in the editor iirc. Then have themission.miz file package saved to a location available to both theme and dcs that’s all there is everything else is done. Throughtheeditor AFAIK or can tail. At worst youwill need Dropbox, or a cloud drive you can linktofor. Moose, mist, ctld etc.

If ED were to go to the effort of remaking it so it's no longer part of main DCS, they'd actually be better off making the ME work in a web browser and having it be an online tool (SaaS).
