[REPORTED]Graphics issues Lights blur in distance

Hi

I got some weird graphics issues with streets lights.

It looks blurry i don't know if it's me or my computer but it's clearly visible over Dubai.

I try many things and look on EDforums but i didn't manage to solve it. Anyone have the same problem or have any clues?

 

Pc specs:

I7 6700K

Gtx 1080

16Go DDR4

DCS OB installed on SSD

1920*1080 24' 144Hz Gsync On
