Merge and sticky request, re: Missing Airports, etc.

There are now several threads asking about missing airports, airbases and so on.

I think it might be worth merging them and pinning/sticking it so others can find it easily, perhaps with some explanation that it appears likely ED will be adding them later, due to the apparent placeholders present at their locations on the terrain module.
