Please help get back deleted wheather theme file

By mistake, I click a trash dump button in editor page and deleted a wheather theme file " SPRING THUNDER STORM"

 

I misunderstanded the trash can button is reset current wheather theme from "spring thunderstorm" back to default, back to no wheather theme. So.. I clicked it

 

Now, I lost the Spring Thunderstorm theme file.

 

(i do not want to repair my DCS ) Please help, could you send me that file? And, where should I set it back? which fold ? and path?
