it is a graphics driver crash.

 

"Intel® HD Graphics 4000" gVendorId: 32902 gDeviceId: 358 gMemory: 2094 MB

 

is below minimum spec for DCS.

 

do you have a dedicated GPU? if so make sure it is being used by DCS

No, this is not the main graphic. This is internal. My main graphics card is AMD Radeon HD 8750M (laptop).

 

make sure your 8750M is the preferred gpu, I think this can be done in the power settings, but it is different for some machines.
