Throttle idle cutoff gate for start / shutdown

All,

 

I have a Warthog Throttle system and was wondering how do you map the idle cutoff gate feature for engine start and shutdown?

 

When I try and map it out in the Controller section, there is no associated inputs that occur when I move the throttle up and over the gate for start ??
