NeelsBorstlap Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 (edited) Hi - purchase the F/A 18 on pre-order (Pre-Purchases and pay for it) and want to know how do I install it now? If I open the program it is not available in the module manger and I did not received a download link via email. When I go to "my orders" it is there and I did received a email confirming my payment and order but did not get a email with serial no or to download it. My order no = #575359 Can some one help me. pimp Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 The Hornet will only install in the 2.5.2, Open Beta version, of DCS so make sure you have that installed instead of the Release version, 2.5.0. If you have the Open Beta version just update your install. David OC Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 (edited) Have you installed DCS Beta? Or Release? You need the updated Beta version seen here you can install the beta as well if you like? Or you can change the release into the beta, there are a few ways to do this. SkateZilla's DCS Updater GUI Utility is the easiest way tho. I show all the different ways HERE, If you are comfortable with win command line? That's also an option. I am reading that the hornet is only available for open beta 2.5.2 and I get that but I purchased it on steam!!!! Isn't open beta the desktop version??? I have version 2.5.0 on steam and purchased the hornet and Persian Gulf map but for 2 days it says not installed. How can I get the hornet and Persian Gulf to install on the steam version?

Hello, To select open beta on steam, right click on DCS and select Properties. Then select the BETAS tab, which allow you to select the version you would like.
