How do I change the nickname that appears next to the aircraft name in external view?

Screenshot attached. I recognize this nickname as something I used a few years ago, but all it does now is annoy me. Anyone know how to change it?

Click the pen/pencil icon in the top right corner of the multiplayer server list.

Found it in the log book (main menu).

 

Log book has a pilot profile where you can see you pilot profile, rank and medals.
