Ice Posted April 9, 2007 Posted April 9, 2007 I dont know if anyone else is having this problem but, Now with my new computer the TDC cursor is moving too fast and getting it to sit over a target is expecially difficult at times. Does anyone know of a setting in config that slows the Slew rate down ? :helpsmilie:

You can add a line in graphics.cfg to do this (see default graphicsd.cfg file on the botting) I also notice this when my FPS is 60, same as monitor "refresh" rate (and I use the "" because LCD's don't have a refresh rate like CRT's). You could limit refresh rate to 30 FPS but I don't think you'd like that either :D I tried it and didn't like it. Ice Posted April 10, 2007 Author Posted April 10, 2007 my fps has been set to 60 for some time. this did not affect the slew rate. whether it was 200 or 60. made no difference. Anyway Ive set it to my mouse. that will do for the time being. Thanks to those that tried to help.
Kuky Posted April 10, 2007 Posted April 10, 2007 If your FPS goes lower the TDS will be slewing slower also. With FPS of 30 and lower you should notice it's not that fast any more. The downside is... lower frame rate in game, which isn't so nice.
