TorsteinE Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 (edited) The selective jettison knob and button is causing me some grief. Tiny mouse movements alternates me between turning the knob and pushing the jettison button. And if I'm getting jumped by someone I don't want to have to focus on getting the click just right to turn it. To me it seems the click spot for the button extends past the knob itself. Is this something that can be changed? Edited June 3, 2018 by TorsteinE i7 6700K @ 4.6, GTX1070, 32GB DDR4 @ 3200 TM Warthog on Monstertech, TrackIR5, Lenovo Explorer, MFG Crosswind.
smallberries Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 Yeah that one is finicky beyond all recognition, especially with my TrackIR settings. A wise friend suggested you rotate your knob before you select the stations that you intend to jettison, so an accidental button press doesn't do anything.
TorsteinE Posted June 3, 2018 Author Posted June 3, 2018 That works to a point, if you only get one rotation through you'll jettison the right fuselage missile. i7 6700K @ 4.6, GTX1070, 32GB DDR4 @ 3200 TM Warthog on Monstertech, TrackIR5, Lenovo Explorer, MFG Crosswind.
Zeroskills Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 I would prefer mouse wheel to rotate the knob and click to push it.
Revelation Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 I would prefer mouse wheel to rotate the knob and click to push it. This is money! Great suggestion and hopefully ED can implement it fairly easily. Win 10 Pro 64Bit | 49" UWHD AOC 5120x1440p | AMD 5900x | 64Gb DDR4 | RX 6900XT
ED Team cofcorpse Posted June 6, 2018 ED Team Posted June 6, 2018 (edited) Clickable zone was adjusted internally. It may be included in today's Update 3. If not, it will be included in next update. Edited June 6, 2018 by cofcorpse
