Chrome: ERR_SSL_VERSION_INTERFERENCE error

anyone else getting that error sporadicaly with Google Chrome while surfing DCS Forum ?

 

 

I usually get it while trying to post something but meanwhile also by just trying to read threads.

 

 

Firefox is flawless, both browsers have no adblockers installed.

 

 

Kaspersky is my AV.

 

 

Maybe the site admin will know if the certificate issue mentioned is of relevance, I cannot tell.
