Sim starts fine, just in off-line mode. I have not checked the off-line option button. Anyone else? Up-date! Fixed! I ran a few anti virus programs and finally malwarebytes. That found the dirty little bug and squashed it! Don't know where that came from, Usually very careful. A word to the wise......
