Please could you consider doing something about hypoxia on the ground?

I apologise for bringing this up again, but my previous request for this was moved into a bug post. I am not reporting a bug or complaining, but requesting a new feature.

It is not possible to follow the natops checklist on the ground at the moment because the oxygen mask is always assumed to be on, and if you turn down the OBOGS knob on the ground you die.

Please could you consider the following suggestions?

Only enable hypoxia effects above (say) 14,000ft.

Add a click spot near the obogs knob to put on / take off oxygen mask (similar to the way you can make the control stick disappear)

I couldn't care less whether the pilot model is wearing a mask or not.

I agree... No pilot is going to pass out on the ground. Just assume the mask is off.
