drillin Posted July 4, 2018 Posted July 4, 2018 Hi all, seem to be having a bit of an issue with our primary comms. We have 10 presets that we are using for the NTTR map, the presets all how up and work fine until someone needs to tune a manual frequency, Once they tune the channel, it seems to wipe out all the primary presets. We thought we had it narrowed down to just inputting on Manual, but even when we tune on a new button it still wipes all the presets. Just curious if its a bug or maybe im doing something wrong. Thanks [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] vcaw1.com

erautour Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 Someone posted about it the other day either here or on Reddit. It's been happening to me since last night so I've been only using manual on Radio 1 and that seems to keep the presets intact on Radio 2.

Eagle7907 Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 Yup me too. Noticed it definitely affects Comm2. Not sure if Comm1 gets wiped if using manual. erautour Posted July 7, 2018 Posted July 7, 2018 (edited) In my experience whichever radio you manually tune a freq will have it's presets screwed. It doesn't seem to affect every freq iirc. Like I said earlier I've been tuning manual freqs on Comm 1 (mainly to get AWACS info) and that has hasn't affected any of the presets on Comm 2. Do it the other way and the presets on Comm 1 are fine. Tune manually on both and you are Edited July 7, 2018 by BIGNEWY 1.1
