After recent update DCS 2.5.2.19157 Update 6 with DCS FA-18C Hornet there is a bug with nose wheel steering when turned on with keyboard S command. With aircraft on runway turning nose wheel steering on, results in nose wheel moving back and forth (oscillating) between right and centre position but not left when operating the rudder to steer. So aircraft steers to the right but not to the left using rudder on joystick.

Also when on runway right side rudder only moves but not left side rudder. This has only happened after latest update DCS 2.5.2.19157 Update 6...before update these issues did not exist.

With aircraft stopped look at chase view directly from behind and operate rudder...only right side rudder works not left side. When landing and wheels on ground aircraft steers to right off runway.

Is anyone else having this problem...can user fix it or is it a bug only DCS can fix?

This sounds like an axis bind issue, try removing the rudder axis and rebinding it. Then, check it to see if its tuned correctly for you.

Also check to make sure that you are not double bound to rudder with an axis on your joystick... this happens to me a lot where I have multiple axis bound to the same control surfaces.
