Sedlo Posted July 16, 2018 Posted July 16, 2018 Hey Folks! I'm trying to create a mission where there are two Reaper drones overhead the battle area. I've set both of them to Immortal and Invisible under the advanced waypoint option, but still the AI fighters track them down and shoot them. I've also tried making them immortal/invisible via the triggered actions, but that doesn't seem to work, either. Is there something that I'm not doing right, or is there an issue with DCS? Sedlo Posted July 17, 2018 Author Posted July 17, 2018 OK, I got this working, kinda.... Under advanced waypoint actions, I had a list of 5 or 6 actions, with immortal and invisible added at the end. I moved those up to the top of the list and now it seems to be working ok. My Youtube Channel MY DCS MISSIONS
Grimes Posted July 17, 2018 Posted July 17, 2018 Yeah it depends entirely on the tasks given. Anything from "Perform Task" takes precedence over other tasks and therefore other tasks in the queue won't get activated before the task above is completed. Commands and options get executed instantly. Enroute tasks allow for the other tasks in the queue to be active. The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world.
