skouras Posted August 7, 2018 Posted August 7, 2018 No, it's not because ur brain thinks u are there, it's beacause ur eyes gives another information than ur stomach and ears. And that confuses ur brain. And you loose the sickness after a time, cause ur brain is getting used to this fail information and has learned to handle it, that u feel better. basically its the same thing only you that you explain it more in depth but you get the point:) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]W10(64bit)Asus Rog Strix Z370-F - i7 8700K - Dark Rock Pro 4 - 16 giga ram Corsair vengeance 3000 - MSI RTX 2070 Super - Asus Rog Phobeus soundcard - Z906 Surround speaker - Track ir5 - HOTAS Warthog
LithiumR Posted August 7, 2018 Posted August 7, 2018 We started riding roller coasters in VR..... after that DCS is easy lol. Seriously, I won't fly 2D anymore. VR experience is just too good. SA during a dogfight is sooooo much better, more natural. I honestly think VR is the best thing to happen in flight sims since I've been playing (Started with Jane's back in the 90's). I never got sick sick, but I did get hot and felt a little queasy the first couple days.... after that, nothing. Hasn't happened since. I just played through it. I imagine that is the experience of most people. I think it's worth a try. Good luck.
