Blackey’s new pit

It’s built around a Speedmaster Flight seat. Stock it sat tow low for my limited mobility so I decided to raise it up about 5”. My buddy and I sat down and talked it over a couple weeks ago.

 

What we came up with is two layers of 3/4” plywood with some 4’x4’ that we had laying around then some 1”x1” stripes on the top layer to keep the frame in place. We also covered it with the exercise carpet.

 

Here are a couple photos of the platform from this evening’s effort.

Its closer to being. Finished now I’m awaiting a monitor mount and everything else should. Be done by. Then.
