bbrz
Can't trigger this warning (<200kias <150ft) i7-7700K 4.2GHz, 16GB, GTX 1070
bbrz
Warning comes on way too late. In your situation it should come on immediately when the two trigger items are met. i7-7700K 4.2GHz, 16GB, GTX 1070
bbrz
Trigger logic is not provided in natops manual. How do you know taws logic? ??? A warning doesn't make much sense if you as the pilot don't know what triggers the warning. Of course it's in the NATOPS manual and I strongly suggest you re-read the section. (btw. this one's also part of the GPWS) Edited August 13, 2018 by bbrz i7-7700K 4.2GHz, 16GB, GTX 1070
bbrz
Since it looks like (still not sure about it) the DCS Hornet is TAWS equipped, the 'check gear' warning should be different. The initial TAWS landing gear warning (<200kias <150ft) should be 'pull up, pull up' followed by a single 'check gear' 2sec later. 'check gear' is repeated every 4sec afterwards. For the (I assume) failure case (gear handle down but gear not locked down), the 'check gear' warning is repeated every 8sec. i7-7700K 4.2GHz, 16GB, GTX 1070
