New Activation system with cache activation

Hi, some of us play sometimes with no internet access so ED added offline mode to activation system.

But sometimes the internet connection goes away, and we dont have time to go offline.

Mi wish is to have by default a cache system for activated modules (with a time limit ofcourse ) this way if we loose our internet connection we still able to fly DCS offline, and we can wait for our internet connection to come back or find any workaround to retrieve an internet connection.

I'm always switched offline and I just turn online mode when I want to play multiplayer sessions
