outbaxx Posted August 25, 2018 Posted August 25, 2018 Clean aircraft 60% fuel. Trim is pre-set to 3, the trim should be 0 with this load out. Only time trim should be set to 3 is when a full external fuel tank is present.

Don't think they put in any code that "feels" what payload you have or not. Most of the time you do have a payload and a X-tank. Regards FanOfALF

After an update some months ago it was set to 7 degrees or more (I think by accident). Funny part: few people didn't recognized this and complained about their take-offs, having not done the before take-off checklist ... :doh:. Then it was set to 3 degrees on ground, which - I think - works pretty well for most configurations. Anyway, never forget to check take-off trim before commencing take-off!!
