memoric Posted September 11, 2018 Posted September 11, 2018 Hello So I watched this video for an air to ground Tutorial: In CCIP Mode, I tried what was showed in the video, but it just don't work. I get to drop the bomb, but i have to dive nearly to 30 degrees and very close to the ground to see the "cross" that indicates where the bomb will go. I tried different altitudes and speed, still the same. Was something changed for CCIP bombing in a patch since june? Thanks regards PS: I will post other questions as they appear here, so thanks for helping!

The slower you're going, the more your CCIP cross will be 'under' you.
memoric Posted September 11, 2018 Author Posted September 11, 2018 Thank you for your answer, it was indeed the speed that was too slow. Unfortunately i encountered an other problem. When I want to bomb something in auto mode, when i'm locking on a targed, the locked target doesn't stay in place like in the video. It moves with me when i'm turning. Another problem is when i want to move the TDC on the HUD, it jumps rapidly around. I know this can occur when you double map something in your controlls. I have mapped the horizontal and vertical TDC Axis on my throttle, it works with the a/a Radar, but not in a/g mode. Anyone knows why? Thank you
Svsmokey Posted September 11, 2018 Posted September 11, 2018 Not really qualified to answer this , so take with a grain of salt . Re auto , you don't "lock" a target . You enter its position (waypoint , including altitude) and the targeting diamond will show the target's position . Re hud , a/g radar is not yet enabled , and hud tdc is a known bug . 9700k @ stock , Aorus Pro Z390 wifi , 32gb 3200 mhz CL16 , 1tb EVO 970 , MSI RX 6800XT Gaming X TRIO , Seasonic Prime 850w Gold , Coolermaster H500m , Noctua NH-D15S , CH Pro throttle and T50CM2/WarBrD base on Foxxmounts , CH pedals , Reverb G2v2
memoric Posted September 11, 2018 Author Posted September 11, 2018 (edited) Hello Thanks for helping! With locked target I mean that "diamond" with a dot in the center, in the video refered as inpact point as calculated. That moves around and will not stay in place like in the video. And that is a known bug is good, so it's no me and will be fixed hopefully soon :). Thanks! Edit: This may be a really nooby question but how can I differ between friendly and hostile ground units? Didn't tried it out in multiplayer, so just to be prepared :). And on the Server "Through the inferno" you can call -intel, what does it do? Thank you very much! Edited September 11, 2018 by memoric
