STEAM Rolleback?

Hi... With the radar state of the Hornet right now I heard some folks rolled back but I am not sure how to do it on STEAM. Is it even possible? I searched around with google and came up dry. If it is possible can someone point me the way please?

You can change the beta-version in steam. There are several beta-options that also contain older versions.
