TPOD - Point Track issue?

Not sure if this has been reported, but I am having an issue where I cannot change from area track to Point track so it chases moving vehicles.

 

I am mostly cold starting these days / I remember it did use to work, have not tested it while spawning in the air.

 

Am I doing something wrong? Clicking the button does nothing.

unfortunately this is a well-known issue when you are cold and dark.

Yeah. Cold start means no point Track..known problem. Hot start works ok apparently, but I virtually never hot start because I am in multiplayer.

They'll tell us why this hasn't been fixed next update video
