Paddle switch SAS discrepancy

If I understand this correctly, pulling the paddle switch should turn off all SAS channels, at least this is what is expected during ground checks according to the NATOPS manual.

With the current version, pulling the paddle switch resets the trimmer, but not the SAS (or at least the lights on the annunciator don't turn on)
