broken wing: airplane rolls in the opposite direction

Yesterday I broke off half of my left wing. Dropped all stores.

 

I would normally expect the airplane to roll to the side of the broken wing (less lift produced on that side). Instead, the Harrier was doing exactly the opposite, with a strong roll tendency towards the healthy wing.
