9/26 Update Problems.

With todays update,i'm having trouble installing the new update.When i click on the Update DCS World icon.It detects for the new update but says DCS World is up to date.I know because the new SA-2 Guidline and the other units don't appear in the Encyclopedia,just last weeks update only.

it's must be for OB version, stable version will update in next week :)
