Marsvinet Posted September 27, 2018 Posted September 27, 2018 I don't know if this is a bug or just me doing a stupid. If I try and load the custom cartridge placed in ...\Saved Games\DCS_AJS37\ it doesn't load that cartridge. It loads the default cartridge in the DCS World\....\AJS37 folder. But even if the default file is deleted and replaced with the file I want to load it still loads the default. That is by using the option "1 custom cartridge 1" in the kneeboard. From other posts around the forums it seems there should be a #7 option to use, but it doesn't appear for me. I don't know how to replicate this since it seems to work for everybody else. Any ideas?
RagnarDa Posted September 27, 2018 Posted September 27, 2018 There should be a message in dcs.log if it found the file or not. You’ll find it in saved games/dcs world openbeta/logs DCS AJS37 HACKERMAN There will always be bugs. If everything is a priority nothing is.
Marsvinet Posted September 27, 2018 Author Posted September 27, 2018 Looking in the log, it finds the right folder, but I can't find anything telling me that it found a custom cartridge file or anything like that. It creates the automatic targets alright and those work. Attached the log.dcs.txt
RyanFlint Posted September 27, 2018 Posted September 27, 2018 (edited) Same problem here since last open beta update. Option 7 disappeared. :( Tested in SP and MP and with a fresh install of the module, still no luck. Edited September 28, 2018 by RyanFlint
RagnarDa Posted September 28, 2018 Posted September 28, 2018 I've checked and the custom cartridge from .ini file (nr 7) is not selectable :( Really sorry about that. I've fixed it but you'll have to wait two weeks for next patch. In the meanwhile you can use the init.lua file in "DCS World\Mods\aircraft\AJS37\Cockpit\scripts\NavigationPanel\Device" but that requires a re-spawn every time you change it and is also not compatible with CombatFlite (although you could probably copy-paste the values). Again, really sorry. DCS AJS37 HACKERMAN There will always be bugs. If everything is a priority nothing is.
