As from what time will we be able to purchase this bundle?

 

I can't find it on Steam yet

 

 

And I was wondering, I used the free trial weekend for these modules (by the way; blown away in vr :shocking:). Do I need to download and install them again after purchasing, or will it be a simple matter of activating them?

It should be available on the 2nd. A lot of times they reference US time, someone from ED can be more specific.

On steam you will most likely need to re-download. For Stand-alone this is the first time, so we don't know. Someone from ED would need to speak up on this.
