Roaming mouse

I recently had a ton of key binding issues, so I had to clear and reassign a bunch. Apparently this included the mouse.

 

I have searched for hours on how to get the mouse to move and zoom (wheel) on external view but I can’t seem to find it. I use oculus rift, any help is appreciated. Thanks

You can use the "reset category to default" button in control settings window.
