Phantomflyer65 Posted November 21, 2018 Posted November 21, 2018 It took a while to get it working with DCS but I think I have it sort of figured out. When in the cockpit, I used to be able to lean forward to look at a gauge closer. With the Odyssey+ I can look around normally but if I lean forward everything moves with my head. Kind of like when you attempt to play Combined Arms in VR. Is there a setting somewhere that I can adjust to fix this? If I can get this fixed I think I can make some other tweaks I've read here and be mostly happy with this new HMD. Any help is much appreciated! Jon
kreidel Posted November 22, 2018 Posted November 22, 2018 Make sure you have lights on so the Odyssey can track. Restarting cliff house usually fixes it for me.
backspace340 Posted November 22, 2018 Posted November 22, 2018 Yep sounds like your headset isn't tracking from the cameras - you should be able to fix it by going to the Windows MR app, go to setup, run setup and pick seated and confirm the centre (or re-run the room set-up, but that'll take longer).
trigen Posted November 22, 2018 Posted November 22, 2018 Usually this happens if you start steam VR before the initial calibration when starting WMR just put on the HMD wait to get in the cliff house and it should work fine. If thats not the case, then you got a tracking issue 1080 ti, i7700k 5ghz, 16gb 3600 cl14 ddr4 oc
