Sim recreates control entries ad infitum

When I fire up DCS, it sometimes endlessly loops over the controller creation part as below:

And so on. It did this for a while, then crashed. Anyone else seeing this?

Hmmm... now that you mention it, I haven't monitored the health and wellbeing of my USB peripherals at all lately. Gotta dig around and see what I'll see. Thanks for the reminder.
