Mini-update?

Noob question,has the mini update been released and I missed it? I'm still loading v2.5.3.24436 :dunno:

If your system tried to update yesterday sometime it will take 24hrs. to reset and check again.

 

You can go to your DCS Bin folder and use the DCS_Updater that usually will kick in the update.

OR I have had to use the manual method in the past.

You need to search on how to manually update as its not fresh in my head but can be found really quickly.

 

 

X:/DCS Open Beta/Bin/DCS_Updater.

or something similar depending on your install.

well,I went into my bin file and ran the update.exe there,no luck.

 

 

So I'm thinking,maybe repair under the Start Menu>Eagle Dynamics. Much to my surprise,there is an "Update DCS World Beta" button there....so I pressed it!

The updater started!!!

The last "update" part is the thing that forces it to check again.

running the exe on its own does not force a update if u missed it :)

The update today was for Open Beta. If you are running Stable I don't think you would have got it. The easiest way for me to force a check to see if there is an update is.
