I have my slew control setup on the axis of my TWCS but it responds so fast. Is there a way to slow the slew down and be able to make small adjustments?

Try curves and saturation in tune axis ( start with 25 for curve and 50 for saturation).

Yes,you can adjust the slew speed in the axis adjustment. I combined the TWCS throttle and VKB MCG. The ministick on TWCS assigned fast slew, the one on the VKB for slow and accurate slew. And I'm quite satisfied with such combination.
