Unrealistic NVG since last update

I guess ED gave in on all complaints about unreadable cockpit instruments while wearing NVG's. Since last update NVG focus is set to infinity, as well as to the cockpit :huh:

Ok, I understand this choice, as there were many people here wondering how to look at gauges while wearing NVG.

But, for those of us who prefer realism over convenience, would it be possible to give us an option in the settings menu to choose realistic NVG? (Back the way it was)

 

I know... it's never good enough ;)
