FACETRACKNOIR PROBLEM

Hi,

I have paid for and downloaded the App. I have got a Sony PS£ eyecam installed but cannot get the tracker to start, It is seemingly locked in UDP source mode and although the webcam utility shows my ugly mug, it will not display on the factracknoir screen. The options to change the tracker source is greyed out.

Does anybody else use this program? Can anybody help?
