Improved radio comms

I would love some more variety from the AI. Just some examples that can be introduced very progresively:

 

-Yelling when engaged (or if the've been fired), what we have now is very poor. We need more sentences and a bit more emotional.

 

-Call outs when detecting bandits

 

-Fuel state

 

In general improvements to make the AI feel more alive and usefull describing the situation.

 

-Also on a different pack, improved ATC but that is being worked at.
