Hello!

ED, I'd like to propose a thing that I think will save you time and money!

Only make Hotfixes for Release Version - Don't make them for Open Beta Version.

If something is broken in the OB version? Patch it the next, normal, beta patch. (and don't push that OB version to Release!, ofc).

That way OB is still a Beta, and when you push to Release, it will be more polished. And you'll save yourself some "last minute fix-work" that is disruptive for good production flow.

Sometimes just not comfortable to revert 11GB download for previous openbeta.

I use "just" openbeta, because of the huge program size.

Many servers run on openbeta usually.

Good to get hotfixes to big blocking bugs on openbeta branch.

This is not a good idea. Hotfixes are probably the least tested of any patch, due to the fast turn around. It is important to get them out into the community for more in depth testing on a greater variety of hardware before releasing them to the general public. This is why the OB exists.
