UHF Radio Volume Control

Since the latest update (2.5.4.26552) I am no longer able to raise the UHF Radio Volume above minimum. I can see the knob move but as soon as I let go it spins back to minimums.

 

If I use SRS to monitor it I can see it returns to 2.5% volume making it unusable.

 

Anyone else seeing this?
