Any one else running v2.5.0? Getting crash on startup?

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

I keep 2.5.0.15365 on my hard disk, as it was the last version with forward rendering available. But now it crashes on startup. Was wondering if anyone who is still running this version is experiencing the same issue.

Thanks for any replies.

Similar problem for me was fixed by deleting the saved games folder. Well actually I renamed it 1st so a new one was created when game launched ok. Potential to copy things back into new one until find which gives the crash.

Probably not same issue for you but just a few seconds work to try.

Windows 7/10 64bit, Intel i7-4770K 3.9GHZ, 32 GB Ram, Gforce GTX 1080Ti, 11GB GDDR5 Valve Index. Force IPD 63 (for the F-16)

Thanks. I had tried that (should've said). Also tried a repair. No joy. Are you running 2.5.0?
