Otulf Posted January 30, 2019 Posted January 30, 2019 Hello! The position lights (Red and green) seems much too bright. The position lights starts to flicker and move back on the wing with increased speed. The same occurs with the White light on the fin. It looks fin on the ground during taxi but during takeoff, they move backwards on the wing and starts to flicker. I don´t know if there is a earlier thread on this. I don´t know if this is something that just happened to me or if someone else have the same problem? Or is it a setting issue? Would be most grateful for an answer. Anyway the AJS 37 is a FANTASTIC module!
Flappie Posted January 30, 2019 Posted January 30, 2019 Hi, could you please make a short movie to show us the issue? (Windows key + Alt + R to record a movie) ---
Otulf Posted January 31, 2019 Author Posted January 31, 2019 Hello again! Thank You Flappie, for your reply. Unfortionatly I could not get the recordingto work by pressing Windows key + Alt + R!? I attach a couple of pictures instead at different speeds... Oh! My computer specs is: Intel i5 2,80GHz CPU, 16GB DDR4 RAM, NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1070 8GB, SSD 512GB, Windows 10 64bit. I buought this "Coffe-Lake"-computer aprox. 6 months ago. By the way, Great job with the corrections of the AJS 37 manual Flappie! Thank you!
Otulf Posted January 31, 2019 Author Posted January 31, 2019 Hello again! My problem is now fixed! I just played around with the Graphics settings… When I turned on (Checked the box), on Vsync, It suddenly worked fine! Silly me! SORRY for bothering you guys at this forum with this! I DO feel quite stupid! Thank you again Flappie for your reply, and SORRY for taking your time with issues like this! Best regards: Otulf
rainyday Posted January 31, 2019 Posted January 31, 2019 Good that it's sorted - there's another external lights related bug that I learned on yesterdays flight: -If you have LED LJUS on, LANTERN won't turn off until you also turn off the LED LJUS. A-10C Warthog | AJS-37 Viggen | F-5E Tiger II | Mig-15bis | MiG-19P Farmer
Otulf Posted February 1, 2019 Author Posted February 1, 2019 Thank You Rainyday! I will keep that in mind! Have a nice weekend! Best regards: Otulf
Flappie Posted February 1, 2019 Posted February 1, 2019 Your screenshots did the job. Now, I understand what was the issue. I'm not sure the lights are supposed to "move" when VSync is off. Some players' rig can't afford VSync. ---
