Most of the time I fly with flaps out, I almost exclusively using Tomcat for landing practice.

I need to become sick from the big dose of shaking?

I'm enough good to not overspeed my LE flaps.

I'm saying if you overspeed them, the LE flaps (technically slats) get stuck out and shake the plane to death while you're above flap speed.

Maybe stop flying with flaps out? It's normal for such a high speed aircraft to shake a lot with so much added drag. Even on an airliner when the flaps come down you feel it in your guts.
