Hextopia Posted April 14, 2020 Posted April 14, 2020 Most of the time I fly with flaps out, I almost exclusively using Tomcat for landing practice. I need to become sick from the big dose of shaking? I'm enough good to not overspeed my LE flaps. I'm saying if you overspeed them, the LE flaps (technically slats) get stuck out and shake the plane to death while you're above flap speed.

Even on an airliner when the flaps come down you feel it in your guts.
